The Asphalt Sealcoat Manufacturer's Association is a Non-Profit Trade Association dedicated to the principles of ethical and nondiscriminatory business practices in free enterprise, which is pledged to advance the best interests of our industry. It is and shall be the official policy of A.S.M.A. that this association shall not participate in, permit, condone or promote action taken by members on behalf of the association, its members or representatives, that restrict trade, limit production, increase or fix prices, prevent competition, or in any other way adversely affect the ability of any firm or individual, to participate in the Asphalt Sealcoat Manufacturer's Association or this industry.
